So where did The Surrender Sequence™ actually come from?
Would you believe me if I told you I sat down to meditate, asked one question...
and basically downloaded the whole thing?
Because that's pretty much what happened. 😆
Let me take you back to Paris, 2010...
I had completed 22 intuitive angel healing sessions in Paris in... five days.
Without a car.
Which meant I took buses and subways everywhere, all over Paris, going from one client's home to the next.
With my crystals.
My angel cards.
My computer.
Because back then — this was 2010 — I still recorded every session and downloaded the MP3 onto a CD.
A CD!! 😆
Omg. That feels like another lifetime.
I flew back home to Vegas, where I was working full-time as an Angel Therapy Practitioner, and went straight back into my meditation room.
I remember praying and asking:
What else can I do for these women?
I had met all these beautiful women in Paris, but one session didn't feel like enough. I wanted a way to keep supporting them. Something ongoing. Maybe a workshop. Maybe something we could practice together.
And almost instantly — as though the angelic realm had simply been waiting for me to ask —
I received a sequence.
Five practices.
At the time, I called them:
The 5 Pillars of Happiness.
But over the years, I've realized they were so much more than that.
They became the way we awaken the heart.
The way we come back to a higher frequency when fear has taken over.
The way we get our ego, our control, our gripping and our endless figuring it all out out of the way...
and make room for something greater.
Let Go.
Accept.
Return to Faith + Positivity.
Know Yourself.
Reconnect with Spirit, people + nature.
Today, I call it The Surrender Sequence™.
And I don't use the word surrender lightly.
This sequence has been a lifeline for me.
I've watched it become a lifeline for so many of my beautiful client sisters too.
Because sometimes the thing standing between you and the life you're praying for isn't another strategy.
Sometimes...
you just need to get out of your own way.
To stop fighting what is.
And I've watched women do exactly that...
and finally allow the relationship to heal.
The next chapter to reveal itself.
The idea to come through.
The courage to return.
And yes...
the divinely guided business they'd been sitting on to finally launch.
Sixteen years later, I'm still practicing the sequence I received in that meditation room after those 22 sessions in Paris.
Only now I understand what it was really teaching me:
Your fear doesn't need to disappear for you to move forward.
Your heart just needs to become bigger than your fears. ❤️
My story
Eighteen years ago, I didn’t feel ready to heal
anyone.
I didn’t feel intuitive enough.
I didn’t feel gifted enough.
I didn’t feel qualified.
The work chose me.
After a ski trip to France with my fiancé, my clairvoyance woke me up in the middle of the night and showed me my fiancé with another woman — a vision I didn’t believe until I walked into his apartment the next morning and saw it was true. 💔
That moment cracked open my sight.
In my first intuition development class in Los Angeles, I suddenly saw, felt, knew, and read energy like it was a language I had always spoken.
I have been channeling this work ever since, sharing it across the globe via courses, conferences, retreats and masterminds.
It's been my greatest pleasure to share this work with others and to see them train · serve and lead. I created Lioness Heart Academy to empower, train and create communities of women healers around the world.
